Smith, Jacqulyn {I364} (b. 05 FEB 1947)

Note: I was born on February 5, 1967. My grandfather told my Mom you
give her a boy's name. I will give her a boy's name, I will
call her Piga Poo Charly.

I got hurt by a car. I was in a coma for nine weeks. I went
to special education, went to Jr. High School, then to High
School and graduated from the 12th grade. I got married nine
months after school and had a son. My son has been cured of
cancer. I got a divorce in 1977 and was living in Kansas. I
came back to Indiana, then in 1978, I came to live in Michigan
and got a boyfriend in 1982 and have been with him for 18
years.

She was born Feb 22, 1962 in Battle Creek a daughter of Frank
A. and Marilyn J. (Center) Smith.

On March 28, 1981, she was married to Weldon H. (Butch) Fales
at the Bronson Methodist Church.

She was a Sherwood Township resident since 1969, coming from
Battle Creek. She was employed at the Magic Carpet Restaurant
in Colon. She attended the Bronson Methodist Church. She was
a graduate of Colon High School, attended Davenport Business
College, Grand Rapids, and Parsons Business College, Kalamazoo.

Surviving are her husband; her parents, Francis and Marilyn
Smith, Sherwood; one brother, Derren Smith, Sherwood; one
half-sister, Jackie Swart, Battle Creek; two half-brothers,
Gordon and Terry Smith, both of South Bend, Indiana; several
nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded
in death by her grandparents and one uncle.

Relatives and friends may call at the Schipper Funeral Home in
Colon, where the family will receive friends from 2-4pm and
7-9pm today and Sunday. Services are 11am Monday at the
funeral home with the Rev. A. Edward Perkins, Bronson Methodist
Church, officiating. Burial will be in Matteson Cemetery.

Memorials may be directed to the Bronson Methodist Church for
the youth group. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
